If your order includes multiple products, the estimated shipping time will be determined by the item with the longest availability. Generally, we do not split orders, but we offer customers the option to ship available products separately upon request.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
1. In Stock: Plan for a shipping time of approximately 2-3 business days from the order placement date. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday.
2. Back-ordered: Typically ships within 2-3 weeks.
3. Pre-order: Ships within 3-4 weeks. In cases of force majeure or early availability, we will promptly notify you of any changes.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEE
SHIPPING SERVICES: Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Due to air transportation restrictions, we recommend a maximum of two batteries per order. Deliveries to areas like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and mountainous regions may experience slightly longer transit times.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free air post shipping. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page. Please note that certain countries do not currently support air post transportation channels, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and others listed.
SHIPPING TIME
BlueSkyQuest offers shipping options through USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
- Air Post: Includes tracking and typically arrives within 25-35 working days, with exceptions for remote countries like Brazil and Indonesia. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time or notice any issues with tracking, please contact Customer Support within one week. BlueSkyQuest cannot be held responsible for packages not received 45 days after shipment if no contact has been made with Customer Support.
- Express Shipping: Utilizes FedEx, DHL, or UPS for faster delivery, generally taking 3-5 working days (excluding Brazil and Indonesia).

SHIPPING RULES
1. Customers are responsible for paying customs taxes.
2. No Shipments to Hotels: Orders cannot be delivered to hotels. Please provide a permanent street address for delivery.
3. PO Boxes: Shipments to PO Boxes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.
4. Refunds: Orders declined due to violation of these rules are cancelled, and refunds are issued using the original payment method.
5. Address Modifications: Address changes are only possible before the package is marked as shipped.
6. Post-Shipment Address Changes: We cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been shipped. If re-shipping is required due to address errors, additional fees will apply.
7. Incorrect Address: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will incur additional shipping charges.
8. Customs Clearance: If customs clearance fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, additional shipping costs will be required for reshipment.

Please note that BlueSkyQuest orders are shipped exclusively to the country specified during order placement. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee updates to the shipping address. Any risks or expenses arising from address changes post-shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
When placing an order, ensure accurate entry of your name, address, and contact information to facilitate successful delivery.
BlueSkyQuest assumes no liability for delayed or rejected orders due to the following:
- Transportation delays of 1-2 days in remote regions.
- Delivery failures resulting from actions by the consignee, such as address changes after shipment, incorrect or unknown addresses, inaccurate contact details, or refusal to receive the package.
- Delays caused by force majeure, including unforeseen events like air or ground transportation controls, weather conditions, communication system disruptions, government actions, policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and similar events.
- Restrictions on air freight service for items like aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile goods, and other regulated items.
- Packages confiscated or disposed of due to violations of transportation regulations.
- Inability to deliver mail or packages to addresses such as schools, units, or residential communities where couriers have no access during weekends, national holidays, or festivals.
ORDER AND LOGISTICS TRACKING
NOTIFICATION: Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing the waybill number. Use this number to track your shipment status on the official website of the express company.

INSPECTION AND SIGNING
As BlueSkyQuest products are typically valuable, inspect your package upon delivery. Do not sign for or open packages that are damaged or deformed. In such cases, immediately contact BlueSkyQuest Support.
By signing for the item upon delivery, you accept the package, its contents, and quantity. To protect your rights, we recommend recording an unboxing video and verifying items against the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, notify BlueSkyQuest Support within 24 hours of receiving the package for prompt resolution.
FAQ
Changing an Order Before Shipment:
If your order has not yet shipped, contact BlueSkyQuest Support (email: aftersale@blueskyquest.com or support@blueskyquest.com) immediately to request changes. Once an order is placed, changes to nation, product quantity, category, or color cannot be accommodated. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping due to address errors.
Canceling an Order Before Shipment:
To cancel an order that has not shipped, email support@blueskyquest.com. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and processed within 3-5 business days. Once an order has shipped, cancellation depends on whether logistics can intercept the shipment. If interception is not possible, cancellation is not feasible.
Shipping Charges for Repeated Delivery, Rejected Packages, or Returns Without Reason:
Consignees are responsible for additional delivery charges arising from delivery failures. Shipment charges for returned products due to order cancellation or package rejection post-shipment will be deducted from the refund. Shipment charges for returns without reason will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund.
Unilateral Order Cancellation by BlueSkyQuest Online Store:
BlueSkyQuest Online Store exclusively ships products to end-user customers. Any attempt to commercially distribute, publish, license, or resell products or services from BlueSkyQuest may result in order cancellation and refund. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund transactions if:
1. BlueSkyQuest receives notification of fraudulent transactions from credit card issuers or PayPal.
2. Improper purchase methods or evidence of illegal order placement are detected before shipment.
